Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Travel Pals. It applies to all payments made through our payment links, unless a different written agreement was provided to you for a specific booking.

2. Cancellation by You

Refunds for cancellations initiated by you depend on how far in advance you cancel:

3. Cancellation by Us

If we or a third-party supplier cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain costs are non-refundable regardless of notice period, including visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and bookings explicitly marked non-refundable by the third-party supplier at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times beyond this may vary by provider.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

7. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be processed based on the terms provided to us by the relevant third-party suppliers, which may not always be a full refund.
